Viña Cubillo Red wine

Aging in barrique: 3 years, subject to 2 racking per year. Clarified with egg whites.

Bottle aging: other, bottled unfiltered in 75 cl and 37.5 cl Bordeaux bottle

Cherry with Ruby-colored piping. Brilliant. Good tears. Highlights the persistence of aromas where ripe black fruit appears accompanied by notes of tobacco, licorice and roasted they gain intensity when opened. Light spicy and fine leathers make up the background. La Rioja soft red wine, light, friendly travel, with fruit and well-balanced toasted. Good acidity that gives good freshness. Good finish without being very persistent. A nice, typical Rioja, easy-drinking wine.
