After a second sieve on the optical selection table, alcoholic fermentation (at 27ºC) and malolactic fermentation are carried out naturally. Aged always in American oak of our own manufacture. 36 months for tempranillo and 30 for Grenache to avoid oxidation. 20% is new oak and the rest 3 wines. 5 traditional barrel-to-barrel racks were carried out by candlelight to separate the sediments manually and avoid filtering it aggressively.

Pickaxe red, clean and bright, medium layer, with a pink border. On the nose it stands out for its expressiveness, with spicy notes of coffee, chocolate, vanilla, cloves and fine woods on a background of ripe black fruits. A wine with good structure, balanced, with a very lively freshness, which invites you to continue drinking and which, together with polished tannins, fills your mouth with pleasant sensations. Long aftertaste, marked by the subtlety of the brand whose elegance, complexity and traditional aromatic power are enriched in this vintage.

Pair well with roasts of lamb, chops on the branch, hunting for hair, fish in sauce and smoked and cured cheeses.
