Villota Red wine

The ripe bunches are collected by hand and transferred in boxes to the winery, where we ferment the different varieties separately, until the final assembly decision. The wine remains 18 months in French oak barrels of extra-fine grain and refined in concrete tank.

Clean, attractive color and intense layer. Mineral aromas, spicy, licorice, caramel, chocolate, a very complex spicy touch. The red fruit stands out, with menthol and notes of scrubland. In the mouth it is fresh, balanced, intense and with great persistence. Soft tannins, integrated wood. With the potential to age.
