Villota Red wine

The ripe bunches are harvested by hand and transported in boxes to the winery, where we ferment the different varieties separately, until the final assembly is decided. Villota remains 18 months in extra-fine-grained French oak barrels and is refined in concrete tanks.

Clean, attractive color and intense coating. Mineral aromas, spices, liquorice, caramel, chocolate, a very complex spicy touch. The red fruit stands out, with menthol and notes of scrubland. On the palate it is fresh, balanced, intense and with great persistence. Soft tannins, integrated wood. With the potential to age.
