Vicaral Verdejo White wine

Wine with grapes of the Verdejo variety, from vineyards located on the plain of a mountain at 750 m. of altitude between the Douro and Adaja rivers.

Night harvest, 50% of the grapes macerated between 8 and 10 hours at a temperature of 10 ºC, controlled fermentation between 13ª and 15ºC.

Clean and very bright straw yellow color with greenish edges.

Powerful, clean and good persistence nose showing all the characteristic notes of the variety and especially tropical fruit, citrus, and fresh grass.

In the mouth it is cheerful and fresh with very balanced acidity and a very long finish.

White fish, even sautéed, and all kinds of seafood such as oysters and barnacles.
