The grapes are harvested by parcels, selected, destemmed and vinified separately. It ferments with autochthonous yeast, with light bazuqueos during the fermentation and maceration that lasts between 28 and 32 days. The cariñenas are vinified in open barrels of 500 l. to be able to separate the plots. Venus is bred partly in 1 or 2 year old barrel casks and partly in 4,000L wood casks.
Cherry color with violet trim. Aromas of ripe fruit, with spicy notes and fine leather on a complex mineral background. In the mouth it presents a medium, expressive, fresh body, with a good fruity and balanced load.
White and red meats or any meaty fish.
