Bright of medium-high layer, dark purple red color with violet edges. Intense and broad nose. Very fruity. Highlight black fruits. In the end some light roasted for their stay in oak barrels, vanilla, cocoa. Silky and intense entrance, with the strength and freshness of a young wine, with hints of black fruits. Powerful and sweet tannins, which leave a feeling of great volume. Balanced acidity In the mouth it has a very good step, leaving a long aftertaste aftertaste.
Its particular flavor is the ideal complement for cheese souffles, spiced meat pudding, grilled or baked meats, stews with vegetables, pasta, rice and legumes or as a dessert accompanying strong cheeses.
