Valtravieso - Finca La Atalaya Red wine

Finca la Atalaya is a reserve with a classic, complex, deep and elegant spirit, a wine that seduces. Valtravieso Reserva is a limited edition that comes from the selection of the most limestone land on the farm. A wine of the present and the future, the star guest of many gastronomic events.

Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, resting at least 12 more months in the bottle before going on the market.

High-layer cherry red color.

Notes of very ripe black fruits such as plum and blackberry in compote with hints of green currant, as well as notes of tobacco and cedar.

Wraparound mouthfeel, voluminous and with great texture. Very good level of long-distance and deep acidity.

Ideal for enjoying with game stews and roasts such as grout or suckling pig. It is also excellent to accompany desserts, especially those made with dark chocolate.
