Valderiz Red wine
Grapes from vineyards planted by Tomás Esteban with an age of more than 25 years, productions of 4,000 kg hectare. Totally free of fertilizers and systemic treatments. The preparation is very smooth without large extractions, in stainless steel vats with a capacity of 20,000 kg. During the production, no enzymes or yeasts other than those native to the grape itself are used.
Valderiz is aged for 24 months in French and American oak barrels.
View: Vivid and dense colour, without being opaque.
Nose: Intense, elegant, pleasant, rich in aromas of ripe fruit, berries, and notes of Indian ink on a subtle background of aging notes (which will reappear later in the aftertaste). A nose that is also fresh and balsamic.
Mouth: On the palate it is juicy and with fruit intensity, it is not exactly a complex wine but pleasant to drink, it presents spicy notes, sweet spices above all, polished tannins and good body. A wine that persists.
