Pinna Fidelis Red wine

Pinna Fidelis Crianza is a red wine with a Ribera del Duero designation of origin. The wine was put in selected French oak barrels from the best forests, without clarifying or filtering, remaining in them for 15 months.

Pickaxe red colour very covered with purple tones in a thin layer. Aroma of red fruit: raspberry and currant, and black fruit: blueberry and blackberry, perfectly combined with the spices: vanilla and clove, from the barrel, light tones of cedar. Fleshy and unctuous flavour, with perfectly integrated tannins, it has a long and very pleasant aftertaste that invites you to continue tasting.

Entrecot, steak or beef fillet. Roasted lamb, baked lamb or suckling pig. Deep-flavored venison stews, wild boar stews, or game stews.

Iberian acorn-fed ham and cured sausages. Old or cured Manchego cheeses from sheep, which balance the fat and tannins of the wine.
