Grapes from vineyards planted by Tomás Esteban with an age of more than 25 years, productions of 4,000 kg hectare. Totally free of fertilizers and systemic treatments. The elaboration is very smooth without large extractions, in stainless steel vats with a capacity of 20,000 kg. During the elaboration, no enzymes or yeasts other than those native to the grape itself are used.
Aged for 24 months in French and American oak barrels.
View: Vivid and dense color, without becoming opaque.
Nose: Intense, elegant, pleasant, rich in aromas of ripe fruit, berries, and notes of Chinese ink on a subtle background of aging notes (which will reappear later in the aftertaste). A nose also fresh and balsamic.
Palate: In the mouth it is juicy and with fruit intensity, it is not a precisely complex wine but pleasant to drink, it has spicy notes, of sweet spices above all, polished tannins and good body. A wine that persists.
