Valdelana Red wine
Valdelana Reserva. Grandfather Isidoro reflects the authentic personality of a winegrower loyal to his land, with his extensive experience in the ageing of wines and the traditional culture of winemaking, the Valdelana reserve has been created. It is harvested in the second week of October, alcoholic fermentation for 9 days at 26°C, post-fermentation maceration with skins for 12 days. Aged in 225-litre French oak and American oak barrels for 24 months.
Color: Ruby red with a very high layer.
Nose: It highlights the balsamic character and aromatic herbs such as lavender, fennel, and rosemary coexisting in harmony with black fruits.
Palate: Great volume, with a sweet tannin and a balanced acidity that gives it structure and character. Pleasant sensation of fruit and plum bonbon.
It combines excellently with assorted tapas, meats, stews, legumes, typical dishes of the country and desserts.
