Tresmano Red wine
It is not every year that 100% of each vineyard is harvested. There are times when part of the harvest must be neglected to benefit the final quality of the resulting wine.
Its maturation in Bordeaux barrels takes around 18 months in oak.
Tresmano maintains a balanced proportion between first and second year barrels year after year, as well as between quercus alba (known as American oak) and quercus robur (known as French).
With a high intensity of color in cherry red tones. On the nose, the aromaticity and freshness of the blue flower tones is surprising, over those of ripe red fruit and subtle notes of toasted, smoked, tea, coffee and spices. On the palate it is fleshy and fresh, with complexity and power, but fine and elegant. The tannic structure is silky and is in perfect balance with acidity and alcohol. The persistence in the mouth is prolonged.
Pairs perfectly with appetizers with Iberian ham or cured sheep's cheese. With main dishes of lamb, game meat or red meat. With dark chocolate desserts.
