Torrederos Red wine
Elaboration: criofermentacion pre-fermentation cold grape, alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation aged in French and American oak for 12 months, bottling and rest of 12 months prior to its placing on the market.
Barrel: 70% 30% French oak American.
Visual phase: powerful red colour with shades of cherry and Cardinals. Layer high.
Nose: elegant, complex, and very frank. Long and very pleasant balsamic scent and tree nuts (almond and hazelnut). Of the fine grape varietal nuance can be seen in the light fruity touches of red fruit and bone (peach) appearing in Cup stop.
Palate: round, full-bodied, thanks to its high-quality tannin, which gives it great potential for long life in the bottle. Highlights the nuances to Balsamic and dried fruit in nose.
White meats, blue fish, red meats and the typical lamb chops in the area of this wine especially cooked grilled and roasted.
