Todo o Nada - Viña Mayor Red wine
The grapes used are selected and harvested manually, to avoid possible breakage of the grapes. Transport to the winery's facilities is carried out using boxes of 300 kilos of capacity and the grapes are gently destemmed before starting the winemaking process.
The fermentation of the harvested grapes is carried out in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature and constant pumping over. After macerating in a pre-fermentative manner, the wine must finishes its production process with an ageing.
The wine is aged for twelve months in oak barrels and finally aged for at least another year in the bottle before being marketed.
Powerful aroma of berries such as blackberries and blueberries, intertwined with subtle spices and a smoky touch of its passage through wood. On the palate, it is juicy and vibrant, with a soft texture and tannins that blend harmoniously. It stands out for its concentration of fruit flavours and a pleasant finish reminiscent of vanilla and cocoa, the fruit of its ageing. A balanced wine with character.
Grilled meats, roasted lamb, sirloin and also suitable for Iberian sausages and cured cheeses.
