Tejoneras Alta Selección Red wine

Tejoneras Alta Selección is made through a separate varietal vinification, fermentation temperature 28 ºC. Without tartaric stabilization. Clarification after barrel aging. Filtering prior to bottling. Aging: 12 months in 80% French oak barrels and 20% American oak.

Intense cherry red in colour, with toasted, cocoa and fruity aromas. With a long and round body in the mouth.
