Tagonius Red wine
Tagonius Roble is made from a careful selection of our best grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Tempranillo and Merlot varieties. Mature grape that retains a natural acidity that gives it freshness, prefermentation maceration at 8ºC for 5 days, alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, post-fermentation maceration for 6-8 days. Subsequent malolactic fermentation in a stainless steel tank with selected bacteria. The wine is then passed to French and American oak barrels where it matures for 7 months
to achieve a balance between fruit and wood, then it is bottled and aged in the bottle for another 12 months.
Bright with medium-high layer, clean , cherry red color. It stands out for its fruitiness, red fruit compotes, black fruits, tropical tones (passion flower, mango stone), minerals (graphite). Wood toasted, spiced, roasted and balsamic (licorice).
Frankness, creamy on the palate, well-polished tannins. Balanced, elegant.
Legumes with meats and sausages. White meat pies and roasts. Vegetables. Semi-cured cow or sheep cheeses.
