Shaya White wine
Verdejo grapes come from old vineyards, planted in goblet on very sandy soils with a large amount of stones eroded by rivers on the surface, which brings a high degree of complexity to this Shaya fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature.
It has a differentiated character, not at all at odds with elegance, and is distinguished by the aromas of exotic fruits, together with typical vegetable notes, of cut grass. A broad and serious wine, with an appreciable freshness and a long and dry finish, where its mineralization is appreciated. Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections typical of its youth. Clean and bright. Good entry on the palate, broad, agile and fresh on the palate, excellent acidity and a long, dry finish. It is a young, fresh, fleshy and elegant white wine.
Aperitif, Rice in broth, Raw seafood, Grilled seafood, Grilled white fish, Baked white fish, Boullabaise.
