200 Monges Reserva Blanco is selected from the best plots. Manually harvested grapes. In the winery another selection of dices is made, they are deposited in a wooden vat or once squeezed and 48 hours later the unpressed flowering must is removed so that it ferments and is aged together with its fine lees.

For this Exclusive Edition wine, 3,500 0.75 CL bottles have been selected.

Bright yellow color, floral aroma, white fruit, fine lees. In the mouth it is complex, citrus, spicy, fatty, persistent, saline, with good acidity
