Sabaté I Coca Mosset Rose wine

After vinifying separately the traditional varieties Xare-lo, Macabeo and Parellada, a coupage is made with which this quality sparkling wine is made following the traditional method. The Xare-lo and an aging of more than 40 months characterize this great sparkling wine.

Bubble very well integrated. It combines fresh aromas reminiscent of fennel or anise with more mature melon, pear and pastry.

In the mouth it is lively, structured and very dry. Elegant and with a long journey.

It has body to accompany the main and salted dishes, both fish and meat and freshness to accompany pasta and rice.
