Codorníu Extra Brut is a classic cava made from the 3 traditional Mediterranean varieties: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. Thanks to a perfect combination of the three grapes, a cava with good acidity, structure and subtlety is obtained; with pleasant floral and fruity aromas that will fool you on the nose and continue on the palate.

Appearance: Pale straw yellow colour. Fine, persistent and well-integrated bubbles.

Nose: Primary aromas typical of the varieties used (citrus, almond blossom, etc.), accompanied by a background of brioche and nuts from ageing on lees.

Palate: Fine bubbles and a balanced freshness.

Ideal as an aperitif or as a tapa accompaniment
