Rodriguez & Sanzo - Blanco Bajo Velo White wine

Rodriguez & Sanzo is a wine from centuries-old vineyards in Segovia, 900 metres above sea level on gravel and sand soils.

Maceration in tank. Fermented and aged in Jerez boots. Biological aging of part of the wine for a minimum of 10 months. Jerez boots have previously been used for a year for the biological aging of Jerez wines. Once emptied, without

washing them, they were transported directly to our winery in Rueda in order to maintain the presence of a veil that was perfectly implanted in our Verdejo wine. The mineral-saline character given by the soils and the maritime influence of the veil stand out.

Beautiful straw yellow. Aromas of ripe fruits, nuts, and white flowers with hints of salt. On the palate it is structured but greasy and fresh, with a mineral aftertaste that invites repetition.

Seafood stews, ham, rice and fish.
