Clean nose, with primary aromas (Green Apple, peach, grapefruit, zest of lemon, loquat, lychee, etc...) with delicate tones of MOSS and hay and a finishing touch of aniseed. Structured on the palate, with great acidity that gives it a freshness.
Long finish with a complex range of flavors and a slightly bitter aftertaste typical of the variety verdejo.
Ideal as aperitif and to accompany all kinds of seafood and fish. Perfect with rice (paella...), fried food, tempuras and Japanese food.
