Ibericus Monastrell Red wine
Ibericus Monastrell is a red wine made with Monastrell grapes, one of the oldest red varieties on the Iberian Peninsula. Originally from the Mediterranean coast, it provides us with red wines of intense colour, pleasant aromas of black and red fruit and spicy touches. Unique characteristics that we want to perpetuate through the Maset Ibericus range, the winery's commitment to biodiversity and the conservation of native varieties.
Intense ruby colour with violet highlights. Aromas of fresh red fruit (cherry, strawberry and raspberry) on a light balsamic background (eucalyptus), citrus (orange peel) and toasted (toffee caramel). Subtle memories of strawberry, clove and licorice yogurt. On the palate it is intense and fruity, with ripe tannins and a long and persistent finish.
Sausages, pork and red meat.
