Rivalia Red wine

The vintage of Rivalia Crianza Vendimia Selected, is done manually, among the best vineyards of the winery, during the last week of October. It carries out a long fermentation - maceration to extract its full potential, after which, it rests for 12 months in mixed, American and French oak barrels. Finally it matures for another 12 months in the bottle before going to market.

Very ripe cherry red color with ruby highlights. Well covered layer. Aroma of fragrant ripe red fruit, compote. Soft roasted wood, sweet spicy notes. In the mouth it has a fresh entrance, candied flavors, roasted. Step meaty, full, balsamic and warm at the end.
