Cruz de Alba Fuentelún Organic wine

Cruz de Alba Fuentelún , born from the most sandy areas of the estate, is the most elegant and silky expression of that path.

Frank and simple elaboration. After seven days of fermentation at 24.5ºC, with morning and afternoon climbs, we gave way to a somewhat lazy malolactic that ended in mid-January.

Aging for 20 months in French oak, 1\/3 new, 1\/3 with 1 year and 1\/3 with 2 years.

Intense red color.

Black fruit aromas, balsamic, chocolate and light toasted.

In the mouth it is tasty, highlighting the meatiness and volume, wrapped in a fresh and clean sensation that leaves a pleasant wine sensation, and finishing with a polished and soft tannin.
