After a manual harvest, the grapes are transported to the winery. Most obtained after a few hours of maceration of the grapes in membrane press without applying any pressure. Controlled fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, followed by prolonged contact with yeasts after fermentation to increase the volume in the mouth. Pale yellow colour, clean and bright. Intense and elegant aroma, with fresh, fruity and slightly floral nuances. Light to the palate with notes of well-integrated acidity, while being smooth. Pleasant final sensations leaving a slight floral memory. Seafood, appetizers and snacks, white fish, marinated meat.
