Perfume de Sonsierra Red wine

Perfume de Sonsierra is a DO red wine. Rioja, made with Tempranillo grapes. Aged for 17 months in the same careful selection of new Bordeaux French oak barrels and aged for at least 8 months in the bottle.

Colour: Intense cherry chop.

Nose: It is capable of transmitting deep fragrances to licorice, blackberry, currant, caramel, mocha and menthol touches.

Mouth: Its palate is fleshy, powerful and lush, resulting in an experience for the senses that make it last in memory.

Ideal for pairing with sausages, red meats, poultry, fatty fish, small game, medium aged cheeses, spicy dishes and hot stews such as legumes or traditional Riojan potatoes.
