Pensando En Ti Garnacha Blanca , is white wine aged for 11 months in French oak barrels of 500 liters on lees, 50% new and 50% second year.

Pale and bright grayish yellow.

Subtle and complex aromas. From fresh herbs and white flowers, through aromas of fresh grapes, peach, citrus and light honey, where the spices of the barrel are not only integrated but camouflaged among this endless aromas. An ethereal and unforgettable perfume.

In the mouth, aging on lees provides volume, but without being excessive to preserve the varietal character of Grenache. Its high acidity balances this volume well, making a longer and fresher wine.

Seafood, rice, baked fish or in sauce, white meats, sushi.
