Pazo de Señorans White wine

Pazo de Señorans is a white wine with the Rias Baixas designation of origin made with Albariño grapes.

Attractive pale yellow, very bright and clean. Greenish edges. Glyceric tears. Very good aromatic intensity of markedly varietal character. Intense and fleshy ripe fruit, especially apple and citrus, which remains in perfect balance and harmony with the spicy and herbaceous nuances that appear as the wine opens. Subtle floral aromas together with minerality make up an elegant background. Wide and tasty entry. With a silky and quite creamy mid-palate, with the fruit very present and with outstanding refreshing citrus fruits and a delicate salinity in the background. Very pleasant lively acidity. Balanced and with a very long finish, leaving markedly varietal sensations.
