The grapes are harvested in boxes of 20 kg so that they arrive in optimal condition at the winery. It is then de-stemmed and crushed. After a few hours of cold maceration, the must obtained goes to the fermentation tanks, where it will remain an average of 7 days. After a period of rest, it will be stabilized before bottling.
Straw yellow with greenish sparkles. Good aromatic intensity. Presence of stone fruits such as peaches and mango. Memories of pear, passion fruit and lychee skin. Subtle aroma of rose petals.
