Paternina Banda Roja Red wine

Destemming of the bunch and gentle grinding of the berries. The fermentation was carried out in contact with skins and with several daily remontados. The temperature was 25 ºC. Aging of 24 months with a racking every 6 months, remaining in the bottle for a minimum of 2 years. Medium roasted American oak barrels.

Ruby color with tile iridescence, bright. With excellent reduction tone. Very elegant on the nose, given its fine bouquet of aging and memories of vanilla. Very polished in the mouth, fleshy and complex.
