Paternina Banda Roja Red wine

De-stemming of the bunch and gentle grinding of the berries. Fermentation was carried out in contact with skins and with several daily pump-overs. The temperature was 25 ºC. Paternina Banda Roja Reserva is aged for 24 months with a racking every 6 months, remaining in the bottle for a minimum of 2 years. American oak barrels with medium toast.

Ruby in colour with tile iridescence, shiny. With excellent reduction tone. Very elegant on the nose, given its fine bouquet of ageing and hints of vanilla. Very polished on the palate, fleshy and complex.
