Ozu by Otazu Chardonnay White wine

Ozu by Otazu Chardonnay is a 100% Chardonnay white wine. The production of this wine began with a selected harvest in the Chardonnay vineyards of the property in September. From this, high quality white grapes were obtained to make this reference with the Denomination of Origin of Navarre. For three months it stays in contact with its own lees before being bottled.

Lemon yellow, very clean and bright.

Intense nose with a predominance of fruit, where the notes of sour apple skins stand out against a background of peach, pineapple and citrus zest aromas.

On the palate it is fresh and friendly.

Seafood, grilled and baked fish, white meats, not very seasoned pasta, salads and rice, foies and fresh sheep cheeses.
