Castillo Monjardín Chardonnay Fermentado en Barrica White wine

It dominates a soft straw golden color, still with shades of green, clean and transparent. Very nice, dominated at the beginning of the toasted or roasted barrel, but rather retains fresh varietal character. As the wine opens, appears more fruit (banana) and softens the wood. Acid touch in back of the palate and gums. It leaves a very pleasant feeling at the end, not too intense or prolonged.
