Otazu Chardonnay White wine

Otazu Chardonnay is a 100% Chardonnay white wine. The making of this wine began with a selected harvest in the property's Chardonnay vineyards in September. High quality white grapes were obtained from this to make this reference with the Designation of Origin of Navarre. For three months it stays in contact with its own lees before being bottled.

Lemon yellow, very clean and bright.

Intense nose with a predominance of fruit where notes of sour apple peels stand out on a background of aromas of peach, pineapple and citrus zest.

On the palate it is fresh and friendly.

Seafood, grilled and baked fish, white meats, not very seasoned pasta, salads and rice dishes, foie gras and fresh sheep's cheeses.
