Brotons Fondillón Sweet wine

Completely handmade by the traditional methods of treading the grapes and pressing by hand, the only systems that were known when this great reserve was made. The grapes from its oldest vineyards were selected, in order to achieve the special bouquet that distinguishes it from any other wine.

Selection of old vines older than 100 years. Manual harvest and subsequent elaboration with the systems of hand pressing and treading of the grape. Long aging in old oak barrels. Production limited to 10,000 bottles.

Beautiful Mahogany color with orange iridescence.

In the mouth it offers a slightly sweet attack, balanced by its good acidity.

Excellent for appetizers, desserts or tabletop with raisined fruits, pasta, etc.
