
Valle de Nabal Red wine
Nabal oak comes from grapes selected from small plots of land on the East side of the Ribera del Duero, where are the characteristics of the terroir. The more than 40 years old vineyards are planted on trellises on gentle slopes of calcareous soils. Bunches are selected at their optimum and harvested ripeness by hand in 15 Kg plastic boxes. The Destemmed grapes through a maceration process cold that makes possible the full extraction of aromas and colour, followed by alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in tanks by 50% and the other 50% in new oak barrels.
Parenting: five months of ageing in oak barrels, 70% American and 30% French Allier
intense violet red of high layer with flashes due to his youth. On the nose it has a fruity base, with personality, freshness and an exceptional smoothness. Touches of wood when it opens. Full-bodied, rich and tasty. Powerful and fresh.
