Árabe Sauvignon Blanc - 6 Uds. White wine

Árabe Sauvignon Blanc is a sweet, needle white wine from Almendralejo. In its preparation, the grapes are destemmed and left to macerate for 6 hours. A slight pressing is done where the flower must is collected. It is fermented in small stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 12ºC. The fermentation is stopped with cold and the natural sugars are obtained without transforming the wine and it is kept cold until the moment of packaging.

Soft greenish-yellow flashes, appearing slightly with golden reflections. Exotic aromas, reminiscent of mango, guava, banana and some citrus fruits. On the palate it is sweet, smooth, fresh and balanced with cozy fruity sweetness. Its delicate elegant aromas stand out on the palate. It is a very long and surprisingly aromatic wine.
