Montalvo Wilmot Syrah Red wine

Montalvo Wilmot Syrah is made through a long cold maceration, with subsequent alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC, followed by long rackings in new oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation takes place.

Attractive red color – cherry with violet rims of great intensity. On the nose it reveals elegant fragrances of fruits such as peach and cherry, which are combined with the balms and touches of liquorice provided by the stay in French oak barrels, pleasant tannins in the mouth, with floral touches and a good balance between alcohol and acidity.
