Garnet red colour, bright and medium intensity. • Pleasant aroma of cacos, vanilla, roasted, coconut, pepper, cinnamon. After mild oxygenation, notes of ripe red fruit. • Friendly attack, of great vitality, good harmony between alcohol, acidity and structure. Mature and polished tannic sensation. Fried eggs, Iberian sirloin, smoked sausages or railings.
