Ageing: 6 months in French oak barrels
Intense and bright colour, with violet edges.
Aromas of ripe red fruits and berries, hints of vanilla, mocha and coconut provided by our good woods resulting in great aromatic complexity.
On the palate slightly toasted flavours, a structured wine, with great volume and final length, graphite being present at all times, the main mineral characteristic of Petit Verdot.
Pair with poultry, game meats and red meats, spoon dishes.
