Maset Cabernet Sauvignon Red wine

Maset Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva is made in the heart of the Penedès, among old paths steeped in history, where our Cabernet Sauvignon vines grow. A welcoming land that more than 40 years ago welcomed this exceptional variety. A small, firm-fleshed grape that, influenced by the mild Mediterranean climate, gives us balanced wines with intense aromas of ripe fruit. A treasure that the inexorable passage of time (12 months in barrels) rounds off and fills with nuances. The sincere reward for perseverance.

Garnet colour with slight ruby reflections. Great complexity on the nose. Aromas of black fruit (plum and blueberries), roasted (caramel, toffee and coffee) and spices (cloves) on a fragrant background of liquorice and cedar. Light notes of roasted pepper and anise. On the palate it is intense and with velvety tannins. Long and fruity finish with hints of black fruit and roasted.
