Mascaró Rubor Rosado Aurorae Cava

This cava is a good example of the suitability of the Grenache variety for the production of pink cavas. This variety provides us with the freshness, fruitiness and vinosity that we believe a rosé cava should have.

The process of second fermentation and aging in the bottle provides us with the structure and complexity that characterize a high quality pink cava.

The Brut Rosé cava "Rubor Aurorae" by Mascaró is elegant, has good structure and a harmonious finish.

Cherry colored, reminiscent of the blush with which the sky is dyed during the aurora. Crystalline appearance with fine bubbles of good detachment.

On the nose it is fruity (cherries, raspberries) and sweet tooth.

In the mouth it is dry, with a good attack and body. It is tonic and balanced, with structure, good permanence in the mouth and wide finish.

Cava ideal to drink during the aperitif or as a drink with friends.

It is also a very good choice to accompany soft dishes with dairy sauces, rice and foie.
