With a color cherry dark Garnet. Clean and shiny appearance. With toasty aromas of new wood and background with very fresh fruit nuances. Passage through the mouth is soft and shows a nice average maturity, although it will still evolve positively in bottle

Ideal for dishes, red meats, roasts, stews and semi-cured cheeses.
