Marqués de Riscal Sauvignon White wine

Pale lemon with greenish yellow. Very clean and bright. Came from high-intensity on the nose. It is clean, with a tour aromatic ranging from tropical fruits, melon and lychee, notes of stone fruits and citrus through floral aromas, and reminiscent of fresh grass. Nice mineral Foundation. Very cool white showing a good tour of medium-bodied wine. It is unctuous and silky and exhibits a wonderful acidity that gives it a lot of freshness. Medium-long finish with a very nice amargantoso point.

Aperitif, Risottos, soft starters, creams, white meats, seafood to grilled, oily fish, white fish, soft cheeses, Foie mi-cuit.
