This wine comes from the farms La Calleja, Barroso and La Trinitaria, with vineyards of more than 35 years. The soils are poor, sandy and shelled, mixed with some clay. Terroirs that define the typicality of wines made in Balbás. The harvest is done by hand waiting for the optimal maturation of each farm. Since separating the cluster from the strain it does not spend a time longer than 2 hours to avoid any oxidation of the grape before entering the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel deposits using only the grape's indigenous yeast. Balbás Crianza, after a year and a half in French oak barrels, surprises with its character, uniqueness and magnificent longevity potential to evolve and last in the bottle.
