Lar de Paula Red wine
Lar de Paula Crianza is a red wine with a Rioja designation of origin and made with Tempranillo grapes.
Elaboration and aging: maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 12 days, aging for 14 months in European (40%) and American oak (60%). Minimum of 6 months in the bottle.
Ruby red with maroon trim. Clean and bright. Medium-high intensity nose, clean and well-defined, with aromas of red fruits, at first liqueur, which evolve to notes reminiscent of more mature black fruit. As it opens, it expands roasted hues and mineral and metallic memories. On the palate it is coherent and balanced with a good intake, fresh course, medium body, good acidity, integrated, tannins well present, direct and succulent. Medium finish with good persistence that returns spicy and roasted memories.
