Lar de Paula Madurado Magnum Red wine

Lar de Paula Matured 6 months in the winery is a red wine made with 100% Tempranillo grapes. Vineyards of 20 – 30 years. Trellis – Glass. Calcareous clay. Wine made in stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 35,000 litres. After a fermentation of ten days, it will remain in oak barrels for 6 months and then be in the bottle for as long as the winemaker deems appropriate before being marketed.

Color: Intense cherry red.

Nose: Great intensity with nuances of fresh fruit well integrated with the wood.

Mouth: Fleshy, with sweet tannins and notes of fresh fruit

Semi-cured cheeses, oily fish, white meats even roasted red such as kid or lamb and mushrooms.
