La Viña de Ayer Garnacha is a red wine aged for 6 months. VINEYARDS: Old vines on slate and granite sand soils surrounded by pine forests between 750-1070 meters altitude, low yields per hectare.
VINIFICATION:Harvest in boxes, refrigeration in cold rooms at night and cold vatting of grapes, fermentation at low temperature with light extraction and maceration, malolactic fermentation and aging for 6 months in 10,000 l truncated conical vats.
Low layer ruby color, bright and clean, aromas of fresh red fruit, with floral hints, very varietal Grenache, On the palate light and fresh, but very long, with acidic and pleasant sensations, it catches you as it opens, a wine with a very marked personality and from which very good evolution is expected.
Suitable for a large number of dishes, due to its freshness and light sensation, but also suitable for main dishes due to its power of acidity and balance, very versatile and setting a new trend in more accessible red wines.
